Terms of use

1. Scope and acceptance

The provider of the PAKKA service is Kasviholding Oy, Finnish Business ID 3621222-4. Postal address: c/o Anniina Jääskeläinen, Sippulantie 4 A 18, 40520 Jyväskylä, Finland. Support: support@gunvald.fi.

These terms apply to the invitation-only PAKKA pilot, its web application, and WhatsApp channel. You accept them by creating an account or using the service. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

2. Service and pilot status

PAKKA helps build and check card-game decks from information supplied by the user. The pilot is unfinished, invitation-only, and may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or development.

We aim to validate decks deterministically, but you must check the result before play, competition, publication, or export to an external service.

3. Account, tenant, and security

• Provide accurate information and keep authentication methods and connected accounts secure.
• Use only a tenant, card collection, WhatsApp number, and external account that you own or administer.
• Report suspected misuse or security issues promptly to support@gunvald.fi.
• Access may be restricted where necessary to protect security, law, other people's rights, or service capacity.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, harmfully, to evade limits, or in a way that threatens the service, other users, or external services.

• Do not submit secrets, payment-card data, special-category personal data, or third-party personal data without a proper basis.
• Do not attempt to break tenant isolation, automate the service without permission, disrupt capacity, or use results to cheat.
• Do not export or publish content to RingsDB or another service contrary to its terms or a rights holder's rights.

5. User content and generated decks

You retain rights to content you provide and grant the service a limited right to process it to provide, secure, and perform requested functions.

Deck structures and suggestions may rely on third-party game data. PAKKA does not transfer rights to card text, images, trademarks, or other third-party material.

6. External services and rights holders

PAKKA is not an official product of, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fantasy Flight Games, Middle-earth Enterprises, the Embracer group, Asmodee, or RingsDB.

Use of Clerk, WhatsApp, Twilio, Meta, OpenAI, RingsDB, and other external services is also subject to their terms. Integration availability may change independently of PAKKA.

7. Changes, availability, and support

Pilot functions, quotas, and integrations may change. Material changes affecting user rights will be announced reasonably in advance unless an immediate security or legal reason requires faster action.

The pilot has no promise of uninterrupted availability or a specific service level. This does not limit mandatory rights.

8. Ending use and data

You may stop using the service and request deletion of an account or tenant. The provider may end the pilot or access for a justified reason. Data is removed under the privacy notice, backup cycle, and legal obligations.

9. Liability

The provider remains liable as required by mandatory law. Pilot users understand that generated suggestions, integrations, and rule interpretations may contain errors.

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited or statutory remedies available to consumers.

10. Governing law and contact

The governing law, provider domicile, and dispute process will be confirmed before public or paid use. Consumers may always rely on mandatory protections in their country of residence.
